- Step 1: Assemble Base Frame Sections
Connect the horizontal frame sections (Part A) to the corner pieces (Part B) using the provided M6*15 screws. Ensure all connections are secure. Repeat this for all four sides of the base frame.

- Step 2: Attach Vertical Posts
Connect the vertical posts (Part N) to the assembled base frame corners (Part B) using M6*15 screws. Attach the decorative base plates (Part E) to the bottom of each vertical post. Ensure all posts are upright and stable.
- Step 3: Assemble Roof Frame
On the ground, assemble the central roof hub (Part C) by connecting the roof support beams (Parts G and H) to it using M6*25 screws. This forms the upper structure of the roof.
- Step 4: Connect Roof Frame to Main Frame
Carefully lift the assembled roof frame and connect the ends of the roof support beams (Part G) to the top of the vertical posts (Part F, which are part of the main frame) using the appropriate screws. Ensure the roof frame is securely attached to the main structure.
- Step 5: Install Roof Braces
Attach the roof braces (Part R) between the main frame and the roof structure to provide additional stability and support for the canopy. Secure them with the designated hardware.
- Step 6: Install Canopy and Netting
Drape the main canopy fabric over the roof frame, ensuring it is centered and covers all sides. Secure the canopy to the frame using the integrated ties or hooks. Attach the netting panels to the frame, ensuring they can be zipped closed or tied back as desired. Use the velcro straps to fasten the netting to the poles when not in use.

- Step 7: Secure with Stakes
Use the provided stakes to anchor the gazebo to the ground for enhanced stability, especially in mild wind conditions. Insert stakes through the designated loops at the base of each leg.
Operating Instructions
Your Merax Gazebo is designed for comfortable outdoor use. Here are some key operational features:
- Double Vented Roofs: The two-tier roof design promotes air circulation, reducing heat buildup and increasing stability in light breezes. The 8 built-in drainage holes prevent water accumulation on the canopy during rain.

- Side Walls with Netting: The transparent netting walls provide protection from insects while maintaining visibility. Each netting panel features double-sided zippers for easy entry and exit. Velcro straps are included to secure the netting to the poles when not in use.

- Space and Usage: With an overall size of 9.8ft x 9.8ft, this gazebo offers approximately 96 square feet of coverage, comfortably accommodating 5-7 people for various outdoor activities.
Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your gazebo.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy and netting with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: This gazebo is not a permanent structure. Disassemble and store it in a dry, protected area when not in use or during adverse weather conditions (heavy rains, strong winds, snow). Ensure all fabric components are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
- Frame Care: The iron frame is powder-coated for rust resistance. Inspect the frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Touch up any scratches with rust-resistant paint if necessary.
- Weather Precautions: Do not leave the gazebo erected in windy conditions (wind rating 13-24mph). Remove the canopy and netting during heavy rains and stormy weather. The snow capacity is 17lbs; remove snow accumulation promptly.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your gazebo, refer to these common solutions:
- Gazebo is unstable:
- Ensure all screws and connections are tightened securely.
- Verify that the gazebo is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Confirm that all ground stakes are properly installed and anchored.
- Water pooling on canopy:
- Check if the canopy is stretched tautly across the frame.
- Ensure the built-in drainage holes are clear of debris.
- If heavy rain is expected, consider removing the canopy to prevent damage.
- Netting does not close properly:
- Inspect zippers for any obstructions or damage.
- Ensure the netting is correctly attached to the frame and not twisted.
- Missing parts:
- Carefully re-check all packaging materials.
- Contact Merax customer support with your model number and a description of the missing part.
