Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
- Placement: Place the dispenser on a hard, level surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clearance from the back and sides to allow for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat-generating appliances.
- Water Bottle Installation:
- Open the lower door of the dispenser.
- Remove the cap from a standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
- Insert the water probe assembly firmly into the bottle opening.
- Slide the water bottle into the bottom compartment of the dispenser. Ensure the probe hose is not kinked.
- Close the lower door securely.

- Initial Flush: Before plugging in, dispense at least 1 liter (4 cups) of water from each spigot (hot, room, cold) to prime the system and remove any air. This may take a few moments for water to flow.
- Power Connection: Plug the dispenser into a grounded 220-240V AC outlet. Do not use extension cords.
- Heating and Cooling: Allow approximately 15-20 minutes for the hot and cold water to reach their optimal temperatures after plugging in. The indicator lights on the control panel will show when the desired temperatures are reached.

- Dispensing Water: Place your cup or container under the desired spigot. Press the corresponding push button for hot, room, or cold water. Release the button to stop the flow.
- Hot Water Safety: The hot water spigot typically has a child-safety lock. To dispense hot water, you may need to slide a safety latch or press a safety button simultaneously with the dispense button.
- Energy-Saving Kettle Feature: This patented feature rapidly provides hot water on demand in under three minutes, reducing the need for constant reheating and saving energy.
- Anti-Boil Dry System: The dispenser is equipped with an anti-boil dry system to prevent damage if the hot water tank runs low.
- Electronic Water Level Sensors: Water levels in the bottle are monitored by electronic sensors, indicating when the bottle is empty and needs replacement.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your water dispenser. It is recommended to clean your dispenser every 3-6 months.
- Unplug the Dispenser: Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Drain Water: Drain all water from the hot and cold tanks using the drain plugs located at the back of the unit. Dispense water from the spigots until no more water comes out.
- Cleaning Solution: Use a Vitapur Water Dispenser Cleaning Kit (as mentioned in the product description) or a solution of 1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water. Pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir.
- Circulation: Allow the solution to sit for 15-20 minutes. Dispense a small amount through each spigot to clean the lines.
- Rinsing: Drain the cleaning solution completely. Rinse the reservoir and lines thoroughly by filling with clean water and draining several times until no bleach smell remains.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Drip Tray: Remove and clean the drip tray regularly.
