3. Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes about 30 minutes. For optimal results and ease of assembly, it is recommended that two people work together, and an electric drill may be helpful.
Assembly Steps:
- Prepare the Workspace: Clear a spacious area and lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage. Identify all components using the provided labels.
- Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the side panels to the bottom and top panels using the designated hardware (e.g., cam locks and dowels). Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten.
- Install Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the main frame. This adds stability to the cabinet.
- Attach Metal Legs: Fasten the gold-finished metal legs to the bottom of the cabinet. The legs feature adjustable feet to ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
- Insert Shelves: Place the five shelves into the cabinet. The shelves are removable and can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate various shoe sizes and types.
- Mount Doors: Attach the two geometric patterned doors to the front of the cabinet using the provided hinges. Ensure the doors are aligned correctly and open/close smoothly.
- Install Handles: Secure the gold door handles to the front of the doors.
- Final Adjustments: Adjust the feet at the base of the metal legs to level the cabinet and prevent wobbling. Check door alignment and adjust hinges if necessary.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your shoe cabinet, refer to the following common solutions:
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Wobbling Cabinet: Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Use the adjustable feet on the metal legs to stabilize the unit by rotating them until all four feet make firm contact with the floor.
- Doors Not Aligning: Check that all hinge screws are tightened evenly. Slight adjustments to the hinge screws can help align the doors. Also, ensure the cabinet itself is level.
- Difficulty Closing Doors: Verify that no items inside the cabinet are obstructing the doors. Check hinge alignment and ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened.
