1. Measure Your Toilet

2. Prepare the Hinges
Before attaching the seat to the toilet, ensure the hinges are rotated 180 degrees outwards. This is essential for proper alignment and secure installation on most American standard toilets.
3. Install the Toilet Seat
- Align the hinge posts with the mounting holes on your toilet bowl.
- Insert the bolts through the hinge posts and the toilet bowl holes.
- From underneath the toilet bowl, attach the washers and nuts to the bolts.
- Hand-tighten the nuts initially to allow for minor adjustments.
- Adjust the seat position to ensure it is centered and aligned with the toilet bowl.
