Setup and Installation

The EdgeStar DWP63 is designed for easy setup on most countertops. It connects directly to your kitchen faucet using the included adapter.

  1. Locate the faucet adapter and connect it to your kitchen faucet.
  2. Attach the water inlet hose from the dishwasher to the faucet adapter.
  3. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

Operating Instructions

Loading the Dishwasher:

Proper loading ensures optimal cleaning performance. Scrape off large food particles before loading. The dishwasher can hold up to six place settings.

Adding Detergent and Rinse Aid:

Selecting a Wash Cycle:

  1. Close the dishwasher door securely.
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the unit.
  3. Use the program selection buttons (P1-P7) on the control panel to choose your desired wash cycle:
    • Heavy: For heavily soiled dishes and pots.
    • Normal: Standard cycle for everyday dishes.
    • Light: For lightly soiled items.
    • Glass: Gentle cycle for delicate glassware.
    • Baby Care: For sanitizing baby bottles and accessories.
    • Speed: Quick wash for lightly soiled items that need to be cleaned fast.
    • Rinse: For rinsing dishes that will be washed later.
  4. Optionally, use the Delay Start function to postpone the start of the wash cycle.
  5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle.
