4.2 Adding Detergent

Use only standard dishwasher detergent or tablets. Do not use regular liquid dish soap, as this can cause excessive suds and machine malfunction.

4.3 Selecting a Wash Mode

The dishwasher offers 7 specialized washing modes and 2 upgraded features:

  • Wash Modes: Baby Care, Eco Wash, Intensive Wash, Clean Wash, Standard Wash, Quick Wash, Fruit Wash.
  • Upgraded Features: 2-12 hours delay start, auto-cleaning mode.

5.2 Cleaning Filters

Regularly clean the dishwasher filters to maintain optimal performance and prevent blockages. Refer to the filter removal and cleaning instructions in the detailed manual (if provided separately).

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your dishwasher, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Dishwasher does not start: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the door is fully closed. Check if a wash cycle has been selected and the start button pressed.
  • Dishes are not clean: Verify that dishes are loaded correctly, not blocking spray arms. Ensure sufficient detergent is used and the correct wash cycle is selected for the soil level. Check and clean filters.
  • Water not draining: Check for blockages in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the drain hose is properly installed.
  • Residual water after cycle: A small amount of residual water is normal due to factory testing. If excessive, check for drainage issues.
  • Unusual noise: Ensure dishes are not rattling against each other or blocking spray arms. If a pump issue is suspected (e.g., pump starts strong then stops), contact customer support.
