Setup Instructions
Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
Power Connection: Connect the power cord directly to a stable power outlet. Do not use a power strip, as this may cause tripping or unstable power supply.
Foot Pedal Connection: Plug the foot pedal into the designated foot control interface on the front panel of the main unit.
Welding Pen Connection: Connect the spot welding pen to the appropriate terminals on the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
Initial Inspection: Before powering on, visually inspect all connections and ensure no foreign objects are near the welding area.

Operating Instructions
Power On: Flip the main power switch to the "ON" position. The display will illuminate.
Select Mode: Use the "WELDING/CHARGE" switch to select the desired operation mode (Welding or Charging).
Adjust Welding Pressure: Set the welding pressure regulator to the appropriate value for your material thickness. The range is 300g to 750g. Incorrect pressure can lead to poor welding results.

Set Welding Current/Pulse: Use the digital setting buttons and knobs to adjust the welding current and pulse settings according to the material and desired weld strength. Refer to the product specifications for recommended settings.
Prepare Workpiece: Ensure the surfaces to be welded are clean and free of oxides. Wipe off any oxides from the soldering pins with sandpaper if necessary.
Perform Welding: Position the welding pen tips firmly on the workpiece. Press the foot pedal to initiate the welding pulse. Release the foot pedal once the weld is complete.

Charging Function (if applicable): If using the charging function, connect the battery to be charged to the appropriate charging ports and adjust the current/voltage knob as needed.
Power Off: After use, turn off the main power switch and disconnect the unit from the power outlet.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Welding Pin Maintenance: Keep the surface of the welding pins clean. If oxides build up, gently wipe them with fine sandpaper to ensure optimal conductivity and welding performance.
- Storage: When not in use, store the spot welder in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and excessive dust.
- Fuse Replacement: If the unit fails to power on or operate correctly, check the fuses. Replace blown fuses with new ones of the same rating (2 included in package). Refer to the diagram for fuse location.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | No power from outlet; Blown fuse; Loose power connection. | Check power outlet; Replace fuse; Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. |
| Poor welding results (weak welds, burning). | Incorrect welding pressure; Dirty welding pins; Incorrect current/pulse settings; Unstable power supply. | Adjust welding pressure; Clean welding pins with sandpaper; Adjust current/pulse settings; Ensure direct connection to stable power outlet (avoid power strips). |
| Foot pedal unresponsive. | Foot pedal not connected properly; Faulty foot pedal. | Check foot pedal connection; Test with another foot pedal if available (contact support if faulty). |
| Overheating during operation. | Prolonged continuous use; Insufficient ventilation. | Allow unit to cool down; Ensure clear ventilation slots; Operate within recommended duty cycle. |
