Setup and Installation

Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. It is recommended to have a second person assist during certain stages.

1. Prepare the Opening and Track

• Measure your door opening width and height. Ensure your door panels meet the specified thickness (1 3/8" or 1 3/4") and do not exceed 30 1/2" each.
• Calculate the required track length: (2 x door width) - 1 inch. The provided track is 60 inches. If your door width requires a shorter track, it can be cut.
• Mark the mounting points for the track above the door opening. Ensure the track is level.

2. Install the Track

• Secure the aluminum track to the wall or header using the provided mounting screws and anchors. Ensure it is firmly attached and perfectly level.
• The built-in front cover of the track will hide the sliding hardware from view once installed.

3. Attach Hangers to Doors

• Attach the three-wheel hangers to the top edge of each door panel. Ensure the larger wheeled piece is installed with the pin on the outside, and the smaller wheeled pieces have their flat sides inward.
• The hangers include the soft-close mechanism.

4. Hang the Doors

• Carefully lift each door panel and engage the hanger wheels into the track. The quick-release locking tab allows for easy installation and removal.
• Ensure both doors slide freely within the track.

5. Install Floor Guide and Door Stops

• Install the adjustable floor guide at the bottom of the door opening. This guide is compatible with door thicknesses of 1 3/8" and 1 3/4".
• Position the door stops within the track to define the open and closed positions of the doors.

6. Install Finger Pulls

• Install the finger pulls on the door panels at a comfortable height for easy opening and closing.

Operating Instructions

• To open or close a door, gently push or pull the door panel using the installed finger pull.
• The soft-close mechanism will engage as the door approaches its fully open or closed position, bringing it to a gentle stop and preventing slamming. This mechanism works in both directions.
• The three-wheel hangers with 608ZZ ball bearings ensure minimum friction and smooth, quiet rolling.
