1. Introduction

The Creative Zen Air Pro are lightweight true wireless in-ear earbuds designed for an enhanced audio experience. 2. Setup

2.2. Charging the Earbuds and Case

5.1. Pairing Issues

• Earbuds not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are charged. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device.
• Only one earbud connecting: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid and try pairing again.
