Setup

Initial Charging of the Power Bank:

1. Before first use, fully charge your Ambrane Force 10K Power Bank.
2. Connect a USB Type-C charging cable to the power bank's Type-C input port.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall adapter (20W or higher recommended for fast charging).
4. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. All LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

Operating Instructions

Charging External Devices:

1. Connect your device's charging cable to either the USB Type-C output port or the USB-A output port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible electronic device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining power level of the power bank.
4. To stop charging, simply disconnect your device from the power bank.

LED Indicators:

The power bank is equipped with LED indicators to display its battery status. The number of lit LEDs corresponds to the remaining charge:

• 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge
• 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
• 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
• 1 LED: 0-25% charge (recharge soon)

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the power bank. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.

• Power Bank Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall adapter.

  • Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.
• Device Not Charging from Power Bank:
  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (refer to LED indicators).
  • Ensure the charging cable connecting your device to the power bank is functional and properly connected.
  • Try a different output port on the power bank.
  • Some devices may require a specific charging protocol; ensure compatibility.
• Slow Charging:
  • Ensure both the power bank and the device support fast charging protocols (PD/QC for power bank, and compatible protocols for your device).
  • Using a non-fast charging cable or adapter will result in slower charging speeds.
  • Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds.
• Overheating:
  • It is normal for the power bank to get slightly warm during charging or discharging.
  • If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect all devices and the charging source immediately. Allow it to cool down.
  • Ensure proper ventilation and avoid covering the power bank during use.
  • If overheating persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
