Setup

Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert the two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Initial Placement

Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface to ensure accurate readings. Avoid soft or uneven surfaces.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Unit Conversion

Tare Function

The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so you only measure the net weight of its contents.

  1. Place an empty container on the weighing platform.
  2. Press the [TARE] button. The display will reset to "0.00".
  3. Add the items you wish to weigh into the container. The display will show only the weight of the items.

Piece Counting (PCS Function)

The PCS function allows you to count multiple small items of uniform weight.

  1. With the scale on and displaying "0.00", place a sample quantity of items (e.g., 25, 50, 75, or 100 pieces) on the weighing platform.
  2. Press and hold the [PCS] button for 3 seconds until "PCS" appears and a number (e.g., "25") flashes on the display.
  3. Press the [MODE] button to select the sample quantity that matches the number of items you placed on the platform.
  4. Press [PCS] again to confirm. The display will show the count of the sample.
  5. You can now add more items, and the scale will display the total count.
  6. To exit counting mode, press the [MODE] button.

Calibration

Calibration ensures the highest accuracy of your scale. It is recommended to calibrate the scale periodically or if you suspect inaccurate readings. A 50g calibration weight is included with your scale.

  1. Turn the scale on by pressing [ON/OFF].
  2. Wait for the display to show "0.00".
  3. Press and hold the [MODE] button until "CAL" appears on the display, then release.
  4. The display will then flash the required calibration weight (e.g., "50.00g").
  5. Place the specified calibration weight (e.g., 50g) precisely in the center of the weighing platform.
  6. The display will show "PASS" and then return to normal weighing mode, indicating successful calibration.
  7. Remove the calibration weight. The scale is now calibrated and ready for use.
