Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Microscope does not power on. | Low battery or power connection issue. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet. Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. |
| Image on display is blurry. | Incorrect focus or object distance. | Rotate the focus knob until the image becomes clear. Adjust the height of the microscope on the stand to find the optimal object distance. |
| Screen is too dark or too bright. | LED illumination not adjusted correctly. | Use the LED light adjustment button to increase or decrease the brightness. |
| Cannot save images/videos. | No Micro SD card inserted, card full, or card error. | Insert a compatible Micro SD card (up to 64GB). Check if the card is full and delete unnecessary files, or try a different card. Ensure the card is formatted correctly (FAT32). |
| Display shows "Card Error". | Micro SD card is corrupted or incompatible. | Try reformatting the Micro SD card (this will erase all data). If the issue persists, try a different Micro SD card. |
