Safety Information
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, when using tools.
- Ensure the torque wrench and all accessories are clean and in good working condition before each use.
- Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 24 N.m. Over-tightening can damage fasteners or the tool itself.
- Do not use the torque wrench as a standard ratchet or for breaking loose seized fasteners.
- Keep the tool away from children and store it in a dry, secure place.
- After use, always return the torque setting to its lowest value (2 N.m) to relieve spring tension and maintain calibration accuracy.

Operating Instructions
Setting the Torque Value
The torque wrench allows you to set precise torque values within its 2-24 N.m range.
- Unlock: Grip the handle and press down on the locking ring at the base of the handle.
- Adjust: While holding the locking ring down, rotate the handle. Turning clockwise increases the torque value, and turning counter-clockwise decreases it.
- Read the Scale: The wrench features a laser-etched scale for clear reading. The main scale indicates whole N.m values, and the micro-scale on the handle allows for fine adjustments. The wrench also supports ft.lb readings.
- Lock: Once the desired torque value is set, release the locking ring. The handle will spring back, securing the setting.

Using the Torque Wrench
Once the torque value is set and the bit/socket is attached:
- Place the bit/socket onto the fastener.
- Apply steady, increasing pressure to the handle. Do not jerk or apply sudden force.
- Continue applying pressure until you feel and hear a distinct "click" from the wrench. This indicates that the preset torque has been reached.
- Stop applying force immediately after the click. Further tightening will over-torque the fastener.
- The wrench features a 72-tooth ratchet head for smooth operation and reduced vibration.
Bi-Directional Operation
The torque wrench supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise operation. Adjust the small lever on the wrench head to select the desired direction:
- Move the lever to the left for counter-clockwise rotation.
- Move the lever to the right for clockwise rotation.

Accuracy
The GOYOJO torque wrench is calibrated to a high standard, offering an accuracy error of ±3%.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the torque wrench and accessories with a clean, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Storage: Store the torque wrench in its protective case in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Always set the torque to the lowest value (2 N.m) before storage to relieve tension on the internal spring mechanism.
- Calibration: For optimal accuracy, periodic recalibration by a qualified professional is recommended, especially with frequent use.
Troubleshooting
Bit/Socket Stuck
If a bit or socket becomes difficult to remove:
- Ensure the quick-release button is fully depressed.
- Gently wiggle the bit/socket while pulling to dislodge it.
- Avoid excessive force, which could damage the bit or the wrench head.
No Click Sound
If the wrench does not click at the set torque:
- Verify that the torque setting is correctly locked.
- Ensure you are applying steady, increasing pressure, not a sudden jerk.
- If the issue persists, the wrench may require recalibration or professional inspection.
