3.4 Initial Power On

After connecting to a power source, press the power button on the control panel. The display will illuminate, and the cooler will begin operation.

4.1 Control Panel Overview

The control panel is located on the front of the cooler. It typically includes:

4.4 APP Control

Download the official AAOBOSI app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android). Connect your cooler via Bluetooth to the app to remotely monitor temperatures, adjust settings, and switch modes from your device.

4.5 Battery Protection Settings (H/M/L)

When operating the cooler with DC power (12V/24V), the battery protection system prevents excessive discharge of your vehicle's battery. Press the battery protection button to cycle through three levels:

  • H (High): Provides the highest level of battery protection, cutting off power at a higher voltage to ensure your vehicle can start.
  • M (Medium): A balanced protection level.
  • L (Low): Allows for longer cooler operation before cut-off, suitable when the power source is not critical for vehicle starting.

The factory default setting is 'H'. If the input voltage drops below the set cut-off point, the cooler will automatically shut off to protect the battery. For specific voltage cut-off points, refer to the Specifications section.

4.6 Removable Doors

The cooler's lids are designed to be removable for easier access to contents or for thorough cleaning. To remove a door:

  1. Open the door to a 90-degree angle.
  2. Gently lift the door from one side to detach it from its hinge.

To reattach, align the door shaft with the corresponding hole and push down until it clicks into place. The doors can also be reversed to change the opening direction.

5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain the cooler's efficiency and hygiene.

  • Always unplug the cooler from its power source before cleaning.
  • Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and warm water.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sharp objects, as these can damage the surfaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are dry before reconnecting power.

The cooler is equipped with a drain plug at the bottom for easy removal of melted ice or cleaning water. Simply open the plug to drain the liquid.
