5. Setup
5.1 Power Connection
The compressor supports two power input methods:
- 110V AC (Home Use): Connect the provided Home Power Line to the compressor's AC input port and then to a standard 110V AC wall outlet.
- 12V DC (Car Battery Use): Connect the provided Car Power Line (alligator clips) to the compressor's DC input port. Connect the red clip to the positive (+) terminal of a 12V car battery and the black clip to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure a secure connection.
Important: Before connecting, verify the voltage adjustment button on the compressor is set to your local voltage (110V or 220V, if applicable to your model variant). The default setting is typically for your region, but always confirm.

5.2 Hose and Oil/Water Separator Connection
- Attach the oil/water separator to the compressor's output port. Ensure it is securely tightened.
- Connect the filling hose to the oil/water separator.
- Connect the other end of the filling hose to the tank or device you intend to fill. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent air leaks. It is recommended to use thread tape on connections for a better seal.

6. Operating Instructions
The TUXING TXES061-1 features a simplified one-button start for ease of use.
- Prepare Connections: Ensure the compressor is properly connected to a power source and the tank to be filled, as described in Section 5.
- Start Compressor: Press the red power button on the front panel to start the compressor. The internal fan will also begin operating simultaneously to aid cooling.
- Monitor Pressure and Temperature: Continuously observe the pressure gauge and the LED temperature display. Do not exceed the maximum pressure rating of your tank or the compressor (4500 PSI / 30 MPa). If the temperature approaches 85°C, turn off the compressor and allow it to cool.

- Bleed Air: After turning off the compressor, slowly open the bleed valve to release residual pressure from the hose before disconnecting the filling hose from the tank.
- Disconnect: Once pressure is fully released, disconnect the filling hose from the tank and then from the compressor.
