  4. Powering On and Pairing

Turn on both the transmitter and receiver units. They are designed for "plug and play" operation and should automatically pair. The working light (blue) will indicate a successful connection.

Operating Instructions

  1. Phantom Power (48V)

The transmitter features a switch for 48V phantom power. This function is required for condenser microphones. For dynamic microphones, ensure the 48V phantom power is turned OFF to conserve battery life. Only activate it when using a condenser microphone.

  2. Transmission Range

The system offers a long transmission distance of up to 150 feet (approximately 45 meters) in optimal conditions. This allows for significant mobility during use.

  3. Battery Life and Indicators

A full charge provides approximately 12 hours of runtime. When using a condenser microphone with 48V phantom power enabled, the battery life may be shorter due to increased power consumption. Monitor the power indicator light:

    • Flashing Power Light: Indicates low battery. Recharge the unit.
    • Solid Power Light (Green when full): Indicates charging. Turns green when fully charged.
    • Solid Working Light (Blue): Indicates power is on and Bluetooth is connected.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the units. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the units in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the units frequently. Recharge them when the low battery indicator appears. If storing for extended periods, charge the units to about 50% every few months.
  • Handling: Handle the units with care to prevent damage from drops or impacts.
