  3. Close the battery compartment securely.

2. App Download and Pairing

  1. Download the Fitdays App: Scan the QR code in the manual or on the product packaging, or visit http://www.wellandtec.com/fitdays/ to download the 'Fitdays' app from your device's app store (Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS).

Operating Instructions

1. Taking a Measurement

  1. Placement: Place the e.volve scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets or uneven floors, as this can affect accuracy.
  2. Step On: With the Fitdays app open on your smartphone (and Bluetooth enabled), step onto the center of the scale barefoot. Ensure your feet are making contact with all four metal electrodes.
  3. Readings: Your weight will be displayed on the scale's LED screen. All 14 body composition metrics will be calculated and synchronized to the Fitdays app within a few seconds.
  4. Step Off: Step off the scale once the measurement is complete. The scale will automatically turn off after a short period of inactivity.

2. Multiple Users and Modes

  • Up to 24 Users: The Fitdays app supports up to 24 individual user profiles. Each user can create their own profile, and the app will intelligently recognize and assign measurements to the correct user based on weight similarity. If there's a significant weight difference between users, the app may prompt you to select the correct profile.
  • Athlete Mode: For individuals with a higher muscle mass and lower body fat percentage (e.g., professional athletes or those who exercise intensely), activate 'Athlete Mode' in your Fitdays app profile settings. This adjusts the algorithm for more accurate body composition readings.
  • Baby Mode: To weigh an infant or pet, first step on the scale yourself to get your weight. Then, step off, pick up the baby/pet, and step back on the scale. The app will calculate the baby's/pet's weight by subtracting your weight.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the scale with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
  • Storage: Store the scale in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the AAA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the scale's display or in the app.
  • Avoid Impact: Handle the scale with care. Avoid dropping it or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this may damage the sensors or glass surface.
