3. Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for optimal performance. This wired system ensures stable signal transmission without lag or interference.

3.1. Mounting the Monitor

Attach the monitor to your dashboard or desired location using the provided mounting bracket. The bracket includes an adhesive pad for secure placement. Ensure the monitor is positioned for clear visibility without obstructing your view of the road.

3.2. Camera Placement and Wiring

Strategically place the four cameras around your vehicle (e.g., rear, sides, front) to cover desired blind spots. The cameras are IP68 waterproof for outdoor use. Use the provided extension cables to connect each camera to the main power cable harness.

3.3. Power Connection

Connect the main power cable harness to your vehicle's power source. You can use the cigarette lighter adapter for temporary power or hardwire it directly to the vehicle's battery (12-36V compatible). The harness includes wires for main power, accessory power (ACC), and ground.

3.4. Trigger Line Connection (Optional)

For automatic display switching, connect the trigger wires from the main harness to your vehicle's reverse and turn signal lights. This allows the monitor to automatically display the corresponding camera view when reversing or signaling.
