Operating Instructions
Making Yogurt
- Prepare Ingredients: Prepare your yogurt mixture (milk and starter culture) according to your recipe. Ensure the milk is at the correct temperature before adding the starter.
- Fill Jars: Pour the yogurt mixture evenly into the 7 clean glass jars. Do not overfill.
- Place Jars: Place the filled glass jars (without their individual lids) into the main unit.
- Cover: Place the transparent top lid over the main unit, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Set Temperature: Press the "Temp" button to adjust the fermentation temperature. The temperature is adjustable from 25°C to 50°C. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set your desired temperature.
- Set Timer: Press the "Time" button to adjust the fermentation duration. The timer is adjustable from 1 to 48 hours. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set your desired time.
- Start Fermentation: Press the "Start/Cancel" button to begin the fermentation process. The LED display will show the remaining time.
- Completion: Once the set time has elapsed, the yogurt maker will automatically shut off and emit an audible signal.
- Cooling: Carefully remove the transparent top lid and then the glass jars. Place the individual lids on the glass jars. Allow the yogurt to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Cleaning and Maintenance
