Setup and Assembly

The BestGlory Office Chair is designed for easy assembly. All necessary tools and detailed instructions are included in the package. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the parts list in your included manual.
2. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five nylon casters into the holes on the sturdy steel base. Ensure they are firmly seated.

3. Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled base.
4. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Secure the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
5. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder.
6. Attach Armrests: Secure the armrests to both the seat and the backrest using the designated screws. Do not fully tighten screws until all are in place to allow for alignment.

7. Attach Backrest: Connect the backrest to the armrests and seat, then fully tighten all screws.
8. Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure and the chair is stable before use.

Operating Instructions

Chair Adjustments:

• Height Adjustment: To raise the chair, lift the lever on the right side of the seat while standing. To lower, sit on the chair and lift the same lever. Release the lever at the desired height.
• Rocking Function: Pull out the lever on the right side of the seat to enable the rocking mode. Push the lever in to lock the chair in an upright position.

• Tilt Tension Adjustment: Rotate the round knob located under the seat (front-center) clockwise to increase tilt tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
• Flip-Up Armrests: The armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees to allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk or for easier entry/exit. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they click into place. Lower them by pulling them down.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your BestGlory Office Chair.

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains on the PU leather, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

• Caster Care: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
