  2. To Eject: Press the eject button on the drive. Alternatively, right-click on the drive icon in your computer's file explorer and select "Eject".
  3. Forced Ejection: In case of power failure or if the eject button does not respond, locate the small pinhole next to the eject button. Insert a straightened paperclip into the pinhole and gently push until the tray opens.

8. Troubleshooting

Issue: Drive not recognized by the computer.
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the drive and the computer's USB port. Try a different USB port.
- If using a desktop, ensure the auxiliary Micro B power cable is connected to a stable power source.
- Restart your computer.
- Verify your operating system is listed under compatible systems (e.g., not Chromebook or Windows Surface).
Issue: Disc not reading or writing properly.
- Check if the disc is clean and free from scratches or smudges. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth if necessary.
- Ensure the disc is inserted correctly with the label side facing up.
- Try a different disc to rule out a faulty disc.
- Ensure your burning software is up-to-date and configured correctly.
Issue: Drive makes unusual noises.
- This can sometimes occur during high-speed operations. Ensure the drive is placed on a stable, flat surface.
- If the noise is excessive or persistent, contact customer support.
Issue: USB cable is too short for desktop use.
- The integrated cable is designed for portability and laptop use. For desktop setups, a USB extension cable (USB male to USB female) may be required and can be purchased separately.
