- Outdoor Use Only: This grill is designed for outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in an enclosed area.
- Propane Gas Only: Use only propane gas with this grill. Do not use charcoal, natural gas, or any other fuel.
- Leak Testing: Always perform a leak test on all gas connections before initial use and after any cylinder change.
- Clearance: Maintain a minimum distance of 36 inches (91 cm) from the back and sides of the grill to any combustible materials.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the grill at all times, especially during operation.
- Hot Surfaces: The grill surfaces become hot during operation. Use heat-resistant gloves and appropriate tools.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the propane cylinder.
- Storage: Store propane cylinders outdoors in a well-ventilated area, out of reach of children. Never store a spare propane cylinder under or near the grill.
If you smell gas:
- Shut off gas to the appliance.
- Extinguish any open flame.
- Open lid.
- If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and immediately call your gas supplier or fire department.

Assembly Instructions

- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
- Organize hardware (screws, nuts, bolts) as per the assembly guide.
- Follow the step-by-step diagrams carefully. Some parts may not be explicitly labeled, so refer to the illustrations for correct placement.
- Do not overtighten fasteners until instructed, as some adjustments may be needed during assembly.
Note: Assembly can be time-consuming. Allocate sufficient time and work in a clear, open area.
Setup
Connecting the Propane Tank
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Place the propane tank (not included) securely in the designated storage area beneath the grill.
- Connect the regulator hose to the propane tank valve. Turn the coupling nut clockwise until it is fully tightened. Do not use tools to tighten; hand-tighten only.
- Slowly open the propane tank valve fully.
Leak Testing
Perform a leak test before first use and after every tank change.
- Mix a solution of equal parts liquid dish soap and water.
- Apply the solution to all gas connections, including the regulator connection to the tank, and the hose connections to the grill.
- If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Immediately close the propane tank valve and tighten the connection. Repeat the leak test. If bubbles still appear, do not use the grill and contact customer support.
Initial Burn-Off
Before cooking food for the first time, perform an initial burn-off to remove any manufacturing oils or residues.
- Ensure the propane tank is connected and leak-tested.
- Open the grill lid.
- Light all main burners according to the "Operating Instructions" section.
- Close the lid and set all burners to high.
- Allow the grill to heat for 15-20 minutes. This will burn off any residual manufacturing substances.
- Turn off all burners and allow the grill to cool completely.

Operating Instructions
Lighting the Main Burners
- Open the grill lid before lighting.
- Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
- Push and turn any main burner control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic ignition button (if applicable) or use a long-stem lighter to ignite the burner.
- Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Repeat for additional burners as needed.
- Adjust flame intensity by turning the control knobs between "HIGH" and "LOW".

Using the Side Burner
- Lift the side burner lid.
- Push and turn the side burner control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic ignition button (if applicable) or use a long-stem lighter to ignite the burner.
- Once lit, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Place cookware on the side burner grate.
- Adjust flame intensity as needed.

Temperature Control
The built-in thermometer on the lid provides an indication of the internal grill temperature. Adjust the main burner control knobs to achieve desired cooking temperatures. For lower temperatures, use fewer burners or set knobs to "LOW". For higher temperatures, use all burners on "HIGH".

Maintenance and Cleaning

After Each Use
