Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The LED indicator on the headphones will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.
4. Once fully charged, the headphones provide up to 60 hours of playtime, or 27 hours with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) enabled.

2. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the black button located on the back side of the right ear cup for 3 seconds. You will hear an audible confirmation.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the black button for 4 seconds. An audible confirmation will indicate the headphones are powering down.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the black button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "Sudio K2" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will change, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
6. The Sudio K2 uses Bluetooth 5.3 for stable connectivity.

Operating Instructions

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

• While the headphones are powered on, press the black button for 2 seconds to toggle Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) on or off.
• You will hear an audible prompt indicating the ANC status change.
• The Sudio K2 features Hybrid ANC for effective noise isolation.

Touch Controls (Right Ear Cup)

The right ear cup features a touch-sensitive panel for media and call control:

• Play/Pause: Tap the right ear cup once.
• Next Track: Double-tap the right ear cup.
• Previous Track: Triple-tap the right ear cup. (Note: On some apps, this may rewind the current track before going to the previous one.)
• Volume Up: Hold your finger on the right ear cup for 2 seconds.
• Volume Down: Hold your finger on the right ear cup for 3 seconds.
• Answer/End Call: Tap the right ear cup once during an incoming call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the right ear cup for 2 seconds during an incoming call.

Making Calls

The Sudio K2 headphones are equipped with five microphones for clear call quality. Once paired with your device, calls will automatically route through the headphones.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the headphones, especially the soft leather cushions, with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The included velvet carrying bag can be used for protection.

Troubleshooting

• Headphones not powering on: Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect them to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• Cannot pair via Bluetooth:
  • Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move the headphones closer to your device.
  • Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device.
  • If issues persist, perform a factory reset.
• No sound or poor sound quality:
