2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for safe and proper installation. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

  1. Turn off Power: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the junction box is turned off at the circuit breaker.
  2. Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting crossbar to the junction box using the provided screws.
  3. Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to the house wires according to standard electrical codes (e.g., black to black, white to white, ground to ground). Secure connections with wire nuts.
  4. Mount Fixture: Carefully lift the fixture and attach it to the mounting crossbar, securing it with the provided screws or nuts.
  5. Install Glass Shades: Attach each individual glass shell shade to the fixture's frame. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  6. Install Bulbs: Screw E12 base bulbs (not included) into each of the 9 sockets. Ensure bulbs do not exceed 40W each.
  7. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all components are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.

5. Operating Instructions

This ceiling lamp is designed for simple operation and offers a 3-color changing feature.

  • Turning On/Off: Use your standard wall switch to turn the lamp on or off.
  • Changing Color Temperature: If using compatible 3-color changing E12 bulbs, quickly toggle your wall switch (OFF-ON) to cycle through the available color temperatures (Warm Light, Natural Light, Cool Light).
  • Dimming: This fixture does NOT support dimming. Do not use with dimmer switches or dimmable bulbs unless explicitly stated otherwise by the bulb manufacturer and confirmed compatible with non-dimmable fixtures.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning:
    • Always turn off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning.
    • Wipe the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.
    • For glass shades, use a soft, damp cloth with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner if necessary. Dry thoroughly.

  • Bulb Replacement:
    • Turn off the power at the circuit breaker before replacing bulbs.
    • Allow old bulbs to cool completely before removing.
