  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Sound or Intermittent Audio

  • Check Power: Ensure both transmitter and receiver are fully charged and powered on (solid blue light).
  • Check Connection: Verify that the transmitter is securely plugged into the dynamic microphone and the receiver into the audio input of your mixer/PA system.
  • Re-pair Devices: If the blue lights are blinking or not solid, long press the power button on both units simultaneously until they flash quickly, then release. They should automatically re-pair.
  • Interference: The 2.4GHz frequency band can be susceptible to interference from Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, and other 2.4GHz wireless equipment. Try to operate the G6 system away from such sources.
  • Range: Ensure you are within the 100ft transmission range and there are no major obstructions (e.g., thick walls) between the transmitter and receiver.
  • Microphone Type: Confirm you are using a dynamic microphone. This system is not compatible with condenser microphones.

6.2 Feedback or Unwanted Noise

  • Gain Levels: Adjust the gain levels on your mixer or PA system. Too much gain can cause feedback.
  • Microphone Placement: Ensure the microphone is not too close to speakers or monitors.
  • Interference: As mentioned above, other wireless devices can cause noise. Try changing the operating environment or moving away from potential interference sources.
