Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death. This product is intended for infants from birth until they attempt to climb out of the product (approximately 9 kg / 20 lbs). Never leave child unattended. Always use the restraint system. This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleep. Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken. Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by the manufacturer. Keep children away during assembly. Do not move or lift the product with the child inside.

Product Overview

The Ingenuity Cozy Kingdom Compact Baby Swing provides a comfortable and soothing environment for your infant. It features 6 distinct swing speeds and 12 calming melodies to help relax your baby. Its compact design makes it easy to move and store.

Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all components listed in the Product Overview section are present.
2. Assemble Frame: Connect the base frame pieces until they click securely into place. Ensure all connections are firm.
3. Attach Seat: Slide the seat frame onto the assembled base frame. Listen for a click to confirm it is locked.
4. Install Seat Pad and Head Support: Drape the seat pad over the seat frame, ensuring all straps and openings align. Secure the head support to the seat pad using the integrated fasteners.
5. Attach Toy Bar: Insert the toy bar into the designated slots on the side of the seat. Ensure it is securely attached and can pivot freely.
6. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the swing's power port and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. Alternatively, insert 4 C batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the underside of the control panel.

Operating Instructions

The control panel (E) allows you to manage the swing's functions.

Power On/Off:

• Press the Power Button once to turn the swing on.
• Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds to turn the swing off.

Adjusting Swing Speed:

• Press the Speed Up (+) button to increase the swing speed. There are 6 available speeds.
• Press the Speed Down (-) button to decrease the swing speed.

Playing Melodies:

• Press the Melody Button to cycle through the 12 soothing melodies.
• Press the Volume Up (+) or Volume Down (-) buttons to adjust the sound level.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Seat Pad:

• Remove the seat pad from the frame.
• Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. Do not bleach.
• Tumble dry on low heat.

Cleaning the Frame:

• Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the swing frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.
• Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly or use.
• Do not immerse the frame or control panel in water.

Troubleshooting

• Swing not moving:
  - Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged in or that fresh batteries are installed correctly.
  - Check that the swing is on a flat, level surface and nothing is obstructing its movement.
  - Verify the swing speed is not set to '0'.
• No sound from melodies:
  - Check the volume level using the volume buttons on the control panel.
  - Ensure the swing is powered on.
• Product not turning on:
  - Confirm the power adapter is fully inserted into both the swing and the wall outlet.
  - If using batteries, ensure they are new and inserted with correct polarity.
