Insert the hollow wall anchors if installing into drywall. Secure the mounting plate to the wall using one bottom screw first.

Note: For optimal alignment, it is recommended to secure the mounting plate with one bottom screw, then hang the dispenser to check vertical alignment before securing the remaining screws. This helps prevent misalignment.

Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the dispenser regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the polished stainless steel finish.
- Pump Cleaning: If the pump becomes stiff or clogged, remove the dispenser from the wall (if necessary) and flush the pump mechanism with warm water. Pump several times until water flows freely.
- Refill Promptly: Do not allow the dispenser to run completely dry for extended periods, as this can lead to air pockets in the pump and affect dispensing.
- Liquid Type: Use liquid soaps or sanitizers of appropriate viscosity. Thick liquids may require dilution or may not dispense effectively.
