2. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to the following guidelines:

4. Setup and Assembly
4.1 Unfolding the Scooter
The SO2 Zero comes pre-assembled in a folded state for compact transport.

4.2 Initial Charging

- Locate the charging port, typically on the side of the footboard.
- Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port.
- Plug the charger into a standard power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change (e.g., red to green) when charging is complete.
- Disconnect the charger once fully charged. Avoid overcharging.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Display

- To power on, press and hold the power button on the handlebar. The display will illuminate.

- To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

5.2 Riding the Scooter

- Place one foot firmly on the wide footboard.
- Push off with your other foot to gain initial momentum.
- Gently press the accelerator lever/button on the handlebar to engage the motor.
- Maintain balance and steer by leaning and turning the handlebars.
5.3 Braking
The SO2 Zero is equipped with a reliable braking system.
- To slow down or stop, gently squeeze the brake lever on the handlebar.
- Apply brakes smoothly to avoid sudden stops, especially at higher speeds.
- The scooter features a maintenance-free braking system for consistent performance.

5.4 NFC Unlock Feature
The integrated NFC tag allows for convenient unlocking.
- Ensure your smartphone has NFC enabled.
- Tap your smartphone near the NFC tag located on the scooter (refer to the scooter's specific NFC tag location).
- The scooter will unlock, allowing you to power it on and ride.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth. Do not use high-pressure water or corrosive cleaners.
- Tire Pressure: The 8.5-inch air tires require proper inflation. Check tire pressure regularly and inflate to the recommended PSI (usually indicated on the tire sidewall or in specifications).
