9.1 Connectivity Issues

• Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Verify the correct mode (Bluetooth, 2.4GHz, or wired) is selected using the switch on the underside. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is in pairing mode. For 2.4GHz, ensure the dongle is securely plugged into your device.

• Multiple keys: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected. Try resetting the keyboard (FN + SPACE BAR).
