Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the microwave oven from its packaging. Retain the packaging materials for future transport or storage. Remove all packing materials and accessories. Check the oven for any damage such as dents or a broken door. Do not install if damaged.
  2. Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable surface that can support its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven. Ensure adequate ventilation by leaving a minimum of 20 cm (8 inches) of space above the oven, 10 cm (4 inches) at the rear, and 5 cm (2 inches) on each side. Do not block any ventilation openings.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications on the rating label of the oven.
  4. Turntable Installation: Place the roller ring in the center of the oven cavity. Place the glass turntable on top of the roller ring, ensuring it sits securely.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Clock:

  1. Press the 'Clock' button.
  2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the current time (e.g., 12:30).
  3. Press 'Clock' again to confirm.

Basic Microwave Cooking:

  1. Place food in a microwave-safe container on the turntable.
  2. Close the oven door securely.
  3. Press the 'Time' button and use the numeric keypad to enter the desired cooking time.
  4. Press the 'Power Level' button repeatedly to select the desired power level (e.g., P100 for 100% power, P80 for 80% power).
  5. Press 'Start' to begin cooking.

Weight Defrost:

  1. Place the frozen food on the turntable.
  2. Press the 'Weight Defrost' button. The display will show 'd1', 'd2', or 'd3' for Meat, Poultry, or Seafood respectively. Press the button repeatedly to select the correct food type.
  3. Use the numeric keypad to enter the weight of the food in grams.
  4. Press 'Start'. The oven will automatically calculate the defrosting time.

Jet Defrost:

  1. Place the frozen food on the turntable.
  2. Press the 'Jet Defrost' button.
  3. Use the numeric keypad to enter the desired defrosting time.
  4. Press 'Start'.

Express Cooking:

For quick cooking at full power:

  • Press the 'Express' button. Each press adds 30 seconds of cooking time.
  • Press 'Start' to begin.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Oven:

  • Interior: After each use, wipe the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, boil a cup of water with a few slices of lemon inside the oven for 5-10 minutes to loosen residue, then wipe clean.
  • Exterior: Clean the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Door Seal: Regularly clean the door seals and adjacent parts to remove any spills or debris.
  • Turntable and Roller Ring: The glass turntable and roller ring can be washed in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back in the oven.

General Care:

  • Always unplug the oven before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the cord, plug, or oven in water or other liquid.
