Initial Cleaning

Operating Instructions
Using the Solid Plates
The stove features four solid heating plates. Each plate is controlled by a dedicated knob on the control panel. Turn the knob clockwise to select the desired heat setting, from minimum to maximum. The plates will heat up quickly. Always use flat-bottomed cookware that matches the size of the plate for efficient heating.

Using the Thermofan Oven
The 71L oven utilizes Thermofan+ technology for even heat distribution, ideal for baking and roasting. To operate the oven:
- Turn the function selector knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., Thermofan, Grill).
- Turn the temperature selector knob to the desired temperature.
- Allow the oven to preheat to the set temperature before placing food inside.
A printed cooking guide is included with your appliance to assist with various meal preparations.

Turbo Grill Feature
The Turbo grill function provides intense heat from the top element, combined with fan assistance, for quick grilling and browning. This is particularly useful for achieving crispy finishes or cooking thinner items rapidly. Follow the same steps as for the oven, selecting the Turbo Grill function.
Using the Warmer Drawer
The warmer drawer located at the bottom of the stove is designed to keep cooked food warm before serving. It operates using residual heat from the oven or a dedicated low-power element. Place dishes in the drawer after cooking to maintain their temperature without overcooking.

Hob Cleaning
