1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

Before operating your Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, please read all safety instructions carefully to ensure safe and optimal performance.

• Always ensure the robot is placed on a stable, flat surface when not in operation or charging.
• Keep loose cables, curtains, and small objects out of the robot's path to prevent entanglement.
• The robot is equipped with anti-drop sensors; however, exercise caution near stairs or elevated surfaces.
• Do not expose the robot to water or liquids, except for the designated water tank for mopping.
• Keep children and pets away from the robot during operation.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Kilgone G20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for first use:

4.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Remove all packaging materials. Place the charging dock against a wall on a hard, level surface. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a power outlet. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock, ensuring the charging electrodes align. Allow the robot to fully charge before first use (approximately 5 hours).

4.2 Install Side Brushes

Locate the two side brushes. Align the brushes with the corresponding L (left) and R (right) slots on the bottom of the robot and press firmly until they click into place.

4.3 Prepare Water Tank/Dustbin

• For Vacuuming: Ensure the dustbin is properly installed. Open the top cover of the robot, press the buckle to remove the dust box. Open the dust box lid, dump out any trash, remove the filter, clean it out, and then put the filter and dust bin back on.
• For Mopping: Take out the water tank assembly. Open the silicone plug and add clean water. Close the silicone plug after filling. Install the water tank back into the robot.

4.4 App Connection (Tuya Smart App)

Download the "Tuya Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). Register a new account or log in.

• To enter EZ mode: Power on the robot. Press and hold the recharge button for 3 seconds until the indicator blinks rapidly. In the app, select "Add Device" > "Small Home Appliances" > "Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)". Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
• To enter AP mode: Power on the robot. Press and hold the recharge button for 6 seconds. In the app, select "Add Device" > "Small Home Appliances" > "Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)". Select AP mode, connect to the robot's hotspot Wi-Fi (usually starts with "SmartLife-XXX"), then return to the app to complete the connection.
• To enter Bluetooth mode: Ensure your mobile Bluetooth is ON. The app will automatically search for the robot nearby. Click "Add" after it is found.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning Charging Electrodes, Anti-drop Sensors, and Bumper: Use a dry cloth to wipe these sensitive electronic components.
• Cleaning Driving Wheel and Universal Wheel: Regularly clean any debris or hair from the wheels to ensure smooth movement.
• Cleaning Side Brushes: Remove the side brushes and clear any tangled hair or debris. Reinstall them, ensuring L and R brushes are in their correct positions.
• Emptying Dustbin and Cleaning Filter: After each use, press the buckle to remove the dust box. Open the dust box lid and dump out the trash. Remove the filter and clean it out. Put the dust bin and filter back on.
