Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Uogic Stylus Pen, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Stylus not turning on:
Ensure the stylus is sufficiently charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 15 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
  • Stylus not responding on iPad:
First, confirm your iPad model is listed as compatible in the 'Compatibility Check' section. Ensure the stylus is powered on. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPad.
  • Inaccurate tracking or skipping:
Check if the stylus tip is securely attached and not worn out. Replace the tip if necessary. Ensure your iPad screen is clean and free of debris.
  • Stylus not charging:
Verify that the USB-C cable is properly connected to both the stylus and the power source. Ensure the power source is providing 5V 2A. Try using a different USB-C cable or power adapter if available.
  • Accidental touches when resting palm:
Ensure that the 'Palm Rejection' feature is functioning correctly. This feature is typically automatic and does not require specific settings on the iPad. If issues persist, ensure your iPad's software is up to date.
