1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your JOYMOR TBB1B Twin Bassinet. This versatile product is designed to function as a twin bassinet, a bedside sleeper, a playpen, and includes two removable portable bassinets. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use, and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

• Always ensure all components are correctly assembled and securely fastened before each use.
• Never leave your child unattended in the bassinet or playpen. Constant supervision is required.
• The maximum weight recommendation for the upper sleeping pad (bassinet mode) is 33 pounds. Discontinue use of the upper sleeping pad when your baby begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 18 pounds, whichever comes first. At this stage, use the product only as a playpen.
• Ensure the breathable mesh on all sides is clear and unobstructed to enhance visibility and ventilation, minimizing the risk of suffocation.
• The product features improved base support to ensure stability and prevent tilting. Always verify the stability of the unit before placing a child inside.
• When used as a bedside sleeper, ensure the bassinet is securely attached to the adult bed using the provided straps and that there are no gaps between the bassinet and the adult mattress. The adult mattress, box spring, and bed frame must be aligned with the bassinet for safe use.
• Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact JOYMOR customer service for replacement parts.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly.

3. Product Components

Before assembly, verify that all components are present and undamaged. The package includes:

• Two (2) Removable Rock-A-Bye Portable Bassinets with canopies
• Mattress (for main frame)
• Replacement Sheet
• Storage Compartments/Organizer
• Wheels with Brakes
• Securing Straps (for bedside sleeper mode)

4. Setup Instructions

Assembly is required for this product. Follow these general steps for initial setup:

1. Unfold the Main Frame: Place the folded frame on a flat surface. Pull the side rails upwards until they lock into place. Ensure all four side rails are rigid and locked.
2. Engage the Base: Push down the center of the base until it lies flat and is securely locked.
3. Install Mattress: Place the main mattress into the bottom of the bassinet/playpen.
4. Attach Portable Bassinets: If using in twin bassinet mode, attach the two portable bassinets to the designated hooks or slots on the main frame. Ensure they are securely fastened.
5. Attach Storage Organizer: Hook the storage organizer onto the side of the main frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Twin Bassinet Mode (0-6 Months)

In this mode, the two removable bassinets are securely placed within the main frame, providing individual sleeping spaces for twin infants. Ensure both bassinets are properly seated and locked into position.

5.2 Bedside Sleeper Mode (0-6 Months)

To use as a bedside sleeper, lower one side of the main frame (if applicable, using the 'Side Drop' feature) and position the bassinet next to your adult bed. Secure the bassinet to your bed frame using the provided straps. Ensure there are no gaps between the bassinet and the adult mattress, and that the adult mattress, box spring, and bed frame are aligned with the bassinet for safety.

5.3 Playpen Mode (6-36 Months)

Once infants can push up on their hands and knees or reach 18 pounds, the product should be converted to playpen mode. Remove the upper bassinets and ensure the main mattress is at the lowest position. The playpen features a zippered door for child entry and exit, allowing for safe play.

5.4 Portable Bassinet Use

The two individual bassinets can be removed from the main frame and used independently. Each portable bassinet features a rocking motion for soothing and can be fixed in a stable position. Ensure the rocking mechanism is engaged or disengaged as desired for stability.

6. Maintenance and Care

Proper care ensures the longevity and hygiene of your JOYMOR Twin Bassinet.

• Cleaning Fabric Components: The replacement sheet and other removable fabric covers are hand wash only. Use mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry thoroughly.
• Cleaning Frame: Wipe the metal and plastic parts of the frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws, fasteners, and locking mechanisms to ensure they are tight and secure. Inspect mesh for tears or damage.
• Storage: When not in use, the bassinet can be folded for compact storage. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your JOYMOR TBB1B Twin Bassinet, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Frame not locking: Ensure all side rails are pulled up firmly until they click into place. The center base must also be pushed down completely flat.
• Bassinets not secure: Verify that the portable bassinets are correctly aligned with the attachment points on the main frame and fully engaged.
• Bedside sleeper gaps: Re-adjust the bassinet's position and re-tighten the securing straps to eliminate any gaps between the bassinet and the adult mattress. Ensure the adult bed components are aligned as per safety guidelines.
