2. Important Safety Warnings
Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death. Always ensure the safety of your child by adhering to the guidelines below:
- Suffocation Hazard: Infants can suffocate in gaps between an extra mattress and the side of the bassinet/playpen, or on soft bedding. Use ONLY the mattress provided by the manufacturer. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
- Fall Hazard: Stop using the bassinet when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached 18 lbs (8.1 kg), or is 33 inches (84 cm) tall, whichever comes first.
- Strangulation Hazard: Keep cords, strings, and ribbons away from the child. Do not place the bassinet near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
- Always ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged before placing a child in the bassinet or playpen.
- Never leave your child unattended. Always keep an eye on your child.
- Ensure the product is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Regularly inspect the product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. Do not use if any parts are missing or broken.

- Press down the middle frame to the bottom until it is completely stable.
- Zip up the middle layer of the bassinet.
- Insert the support bars into the designated slots on the middle layer.
- Place the mattress on top of the installed support bars.

5. Operating Modes
The JOYMOR Twin Bassinet offers multiple configurations to suit your needs:
5.1 Twin Bassinet Mode
In this mode, both portable bassinets are attached to the main frame, providing individual sleeping spaces for two infants. This setup is ideal for newborns and young infants.

5.2 Bedside Sleeper Mode
To use as a bedside sleeper, remove the portable bassinets. The main frame can be positioned next to your bed, and one side can be lowered to allow easy access to your baby. Ensure the bassinet is securely fastened to your bed using the provided straps (if applicable) and that there are no gaps between the bassinet and your mattress.

5.3 Playpen Mode
Once your infants outgrow the bassinet level (typically around 6 months or when they can push up on hands and knees), remove the portable bassinets and the elevated mattress support. The main frame then functions as a spacious playpen, offering a secure area for play. The zippered door allows older babies to crawl in and out independently.

5.4 Portable Rock-A-Bye Bassinets
The two individual bassinets can be detached and used independently. They feature a rocking function to soothe your baby and can be locked for stability. This allows for easy portability around the house or outdoors.

6. Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your bassinet:
- Cleaning: The replacement sheet and other fabric components are removable and washable. Hand wash only with mild soap and cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry.
- Frame Cleaning: Wipe the metal and plastic parts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the bassinet according to the instructions and store it in a dry, cool place.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during assembly or use, refer to the common problems and solutions below:
7.1 Side Rails Not Locking
If the long or short side rails refuse to lock into place, it is often because the bottom of the frame is not fully raised or the central mechanism is not correctly positioned.
- Solution: Ensure the bassinet is in a partially folded state, with the bottom raised. Pull the red rope upwards to lift the bottom of the frame, then lift the side rail upwards firmly until it clicks and locks into place. Repeat for all sides. Once all sides are locked, push the middle frame down to the bottom to secure the structure.
