4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance of your robot vacuum's parts is crucial for optimal performance. Consider the following:

  • Filter Replacement: Filters should be replaced frequently (e.g., every 1-3 months, depending on usage) to maintain air quality and prevent reduced suction power.
  • Brush Cleaning: Periodically remove and clean the main brush and side brushes to remove tangled hair and debris. This ensures effective cleaning and prevents motor strain.
  • Wheel Cleaning: Check the caster wheel for any trapped debris that might hinder its movement.
  • Timely Replacement: Replace damaged or worn-out parts promptly to ensure the robot vacuum operates efficiently and to prolong its overall service life.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues after replacing parts, consider these general troubleshooting steps:

  • Part Not Fitting: Double-check that you have the correct replacement parts for your specific robot vacuum model (Xiaomi Roborock/Xiaowa E20, E202, E202-00).
  • Reduced Performance: Ensure all parts are installed correctly and securely. A loose brush or clogged filter can impact cleaning efficiency.
  • Unusual Noises: Verify that no debris is caught in the brushes or wheels, and that all parts are properly seated.

If problems persist, refer to your robot vacuum's original user manual or contact the seller for further assistance.
