3.1 Powering On/Off

The arVin D8 controller uses Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connection. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled before pairing.

• General Bluetooth Pairing (Android/PC/Switch): With the controller powered off, press and hold the X button, then press the Power Button. The controller will enter pairing mode, indicated by a yellow light. Search for "D8" or "arVin Controller" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
• iOS Pairing (DualShock 4 Mode for PS Remote Play): For optimal compatibility with PS Remote Play on iOS, use the DualShock 4 pairing mode. With the controller powered off, press and hold the B button, then press the Power Button. The controller will glow pink. Search for the controller in your iOS device's Bluetooth settings and pair. This mode allows the controller to be recognized as a DualShock 4.
• Nintendo Switch Pairing: Navigate to the 'Controllers' menu on your Switch, then select 'Change Grip/Order'. With the controller powered off, press and hold the X button, then press the Power Button to enter pairing mode. The Switch should detect the controller.
• PS4 Pairing: Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable first to register it. After initial registration, it can be used wirelessly.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Turbo Function

The turbo function allows for rapid, repeated input of a button press. There are three adjustable turbo speeds:

• 8 shots/second
• 15 shots/second
• 25 shots/second

To set the turbo function for a button (e.g., 'Y' key):

1. Press the desired action key (e.g., Y) once, then press the TURBO button once to activate the first turbo speed.
2. Press the action key (e.g., Y) again, then press the TURBO button a second time to cycle to the next turbo speed.
3. Repeat the process to cycle through speeds. To turn off the turbo function for that key, press the action key (e.g., Y) and the TURBO button a third time.

4.2 RGB Hall Effect Joystick Lighting

The joysticks feature customizable RGB lighting with three modes:

• Light Off
• Monochromatic Mode
• Colorful Mode (Breathing/Fixed)

To adjust the RGB lights, press the Left Joystick (L3) and the TURBO button simultaneously. This action cycles through the lighting modes (Breathing > Fixed > Off).
