Setup

1. Unpacking and Inspection

1. Carefully remove the cutting disc and all accessories from the packaging.

2. Mounting the Tool (if applicable)

3. Blade Installation/Replacement

6. Tighten the blade retaining bolt securely while holding the spindle lock.
7. Release the spindle lock.

Operating Instructions

1. Preparing for a Cut

1. Ensure the work area is clear and well-lit.
2. Secure the workpiece firmly using the material clamp. Ensure it cannot shift during the cut.
3. Adjust the miter angle if necessary. Loosen the locking knob, set the desired angle, and re-tighten.
4. Plug the tool into a suitable power outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).

2. Making a Cut

1. Hold the handle firmly.
2. Press the power switch to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece.
3. Slowly lower the blade into the workpiece with a steady, controlled motion. Do not force the cut.
4. Once the cut is complete, release the power switch and allow the blade to stop completely before raising it from the workpiece.
5. Wait for the blade to stop before removing the cut material.

3. Cutting Different Materials

This cutting disc is suitable for various materials including metal and wood, as indicated by the blade material (Aluminum Oxide) and surface recommendation.
