3. Setup Guide

3.1 Non-WiFi 5" HD Parent Unit & Camera Setup

1. Charge the Parent Unit: Fully charge the 5" HD Parent Unit before its first use. Connect the power adapter to the unit and a power outlet.
2. Extend Antenna: Extend the antenna on the Parent Unit when in use for optimal signal reception.
3. Remove Protective Film: Remove the protective film from the screen of the Parent Unit by pulling the tab.
4. Position the Non-WiFi Camera: Place the Home-Use Non-WiFi HD Camera in your baby's room, ensuring a clear view of the crib or play area. Connect it to a power source.
5. Automatic Connection: The Non-WiFi camera and Parent Unit are pre-paired. They should automatically connect once both are powered on.

3.2 Bonus WiFi Camera Setup (for Remote Viewing)

The WiFi camera operates independently via a smartphone app and does not connect to the 5" Parent Unit.

1. Download the App: Download the official Babysense app on your smartphone. The app is free and currently available only in the USA.
2. Power On WiFi Camera: Connect the Full HD WiFi Camera to a power source.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect the WiFi camera to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
4. Position the WiFi Camera: Place the WiFi camera in a desired location for remote monitoring, such as an outdoor area or another room.
