3. Assembly and Setup

3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Check the parts list against the contents to ensure all items are present.

3.2 Assembly Steps (General)
- Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame.
- Install the pedals, ensuring they are tightened securely (left pedal is reverse threaded).
- Mount the seat post and seat, adjusting the height and position as desired.
- Attach the handlebar post and handlebars.
- Connect the LED monitor to the handlebar post and plug in any necessary sensor cables.
- Insert 2 AAA batteries into the LED monitor compartment.
- Perform a final check to ensure all bolts and nuts are securely fastened.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting the Bike
- Seat Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, raise or lower the seat until your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob securely.
- Seat Position (Forward/Backward): Adjust the seat horizontally for optimal comfort and pedaling efficiency.
- Handlebar Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post, raise or lower the handlebars to a comfortable position that allows for a relaxed upper body posture. Tighten the knob securely.

4.2 Using the LED Monitor
The enhanced LED monitor automatically displays your workout data. It typically cycles through various metrics or allows you to select a specific display.
- Time: Duration of your current workout.
- Speed: Current cycling speed.
- Distance: Total distance covered during the workout.
- Calories: Estimated calories burned.
- Scan Mode: The monitor will automatically cycle through all data displays.
- Reset: Press and hold the button (if available) to clear all workout data.
4.3 Adjusting Resistance
The MERACH bike features continuous adjustable magnetic resistance. To increase resistance (make pedaling harder), turn the resistance knob clockwise. To decrease resistance (make pedaling easier), turn the resistance knob counter-clockwise.
4.4 Emergency Stop
In case of an emergency or if you need to stop the flywheel quickly, press down firmly on the resistance knob. This will engage the emergency brake.
