Wireless Printing

Leverage the dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity for printing from various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. For NFC-enabled mobile devices, simply tap your device to the NFC tag located on the printer to establish a quick connection for printing without manual network configuration.

Maintenance

Replacing the Toner Cartridge

When the printer indicates a low toner level via a message on the touchscreen, it's time to replace the cartridge. Open the front cover, carefully remove the old toner cartridge, and insert a new, genuine Pantum-compatible toner cartridge. Close the front cover securely.

Clearing Paper Jams

If a paper jam occurs, the printer's touchscreen will display an error message and often provide visual instructions. Follow these on-screen prompts or consult the printer's internal diagrams to locate and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure all paper fragments are removed to prevent further issues.

Cleaning the Printer

Regularly clean the exterior of the printer with a soft, lint-free cloth. For the scanner glass, apply a small amount of glass cleaner to a clean cloth and then wipe the glass. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the glass or any other part of the printer.
