Setup

1. Battery Installation

The Defender P17 uses one Acebeam 5100mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, ensure the insulating film is removed from the battery. Unscrew the tail cap, insert the battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight, and then securely screw the tail cap back on.

2. Charging the Battery

The included Acebeam 5100mAh battery has a built-in USB Type-C port for convenient charging. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the battery and a compatible USB power source. The battery features an indicator light: red for charging and green for fully charged.

The Defender P17 features intuitive dual tail switches for easy access to different settings: Tactical Mode, Daily Mode, and Special Mode.

• Tactical Switch: Provides momentary-on function.

3. Tactical Features

Maintenance

1. Water Resistance

The Defender P17 is IP68 rated, meaning it is waterproof and submersible up to 2 meters. It is also impact resistant up to 1.5 meters. To maintain its waterproof integrity, ensure all O-rings are properly seated and lubricated, and the tail cap is securely tightened before exposure to water.
