• Water Inlet: Connect a cold water supply line to the "WATER INLET" port. An isolation valve is recommended.
• Steam Outlet: Connect a steam-rated pipe from the "STEAM OUTLET" to the steam head inside the shower enclosure. Ensure the pipe slopes back to the generator to prevent condensation buildup.
• Drain: Connect a drain line from the "DRAIN" port to an approved waste receptor.
• Pressure Relief Valve: Ensure the pressure relief valve is installed and directed to a safe discharge location.

3.4 Control Installation

• The AK6 unit requires one control for operation. Compatible controls include K2, K3, KT3, and K4.

4. Operation

2. Activate Control: Turn on your Amerec control (K2, K3, KT3, or K4) according to its specific instructions.
3. Set Temperature and Time: Use the control panel to set your desired steam duration and temperature. The unit will begin to heat water and produce steam.
4. Enjoy Steam: Allow a few minutes for the steam to fill the shower enclosure.
5. Power Off: When finished, turn off the steam unit via the control panel. The unit will automatically drain (if an autodrain is installed) or cool down.
