3. Product Overview

Familiarize yourself with the main components and controls of your Moman H2 Pro intercom unit:

• Function Button: Controls power ON/OFF, music play/pause, music sharing, call answer/end/reject, redial, FM radio, and voice assistant activation.

4. Installation

The Moman H2 Pro can be easily installed on most helmets using either the back clip or Velcro clip method.

4.1. Mounting the Intercom Unit

Choose one of the following methods to attach the intercom unit to your helmet:

1. Back Clip Installation:
   a. Loosen the screws on the back clip.
   b. Slide the clip between the helmet shell and the inner padding.
   c. Tighten the screws to secure the clip.
   d. Slide the intercom unit onto the mounted clip until it clicks into place.
2. Velcro Clip Installation:
   a. Clean the desired mounting area on the helmet surface.
   b. Attach the adhesive Velcro base to the helmet.
   c. Attach the intercom unit to the Velcro base.

4.2. Speaker and Microphone Installation

1. Attach the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets using the provided Velcro pads. Ensure they are positioned directly over your ears for optimal sound.
2. Attach the microphone to the inside of the helmet near your mouth. For full-face helmets, use the boom microphone. For open-face helmets, use the soft wire microphone.
3. Connect the speaker and microphone cable to the intercom unit's port.

5. Initial Setup

5.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the Moman H2 Pro. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the intercom unit and a suitable USB power source. The indicator light will show charging status.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 20 hours of continuous operation or 300 hours of standby time.

5.2. Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Function Button for 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Function Button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

5.3. Bluetooth Pairing with Phone

1. With the device powered off, press and hold the Function Button for 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
2. On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for "Moman H2 Pro".
3. Select "Moman H2 Pro" from the list of available devices to connect. Once connected, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.

5.4. Intercom Pairing (Two Units)

1. Ensure both Moman H2 Pro units are powered off.
2. On both units, press and hold the Function Button for 5 seconds until the indicator lights flash red and blue alternately (pairing mode).
3. Briefly press the Function Button on one of the units. It will search for the other unit.
4. Once connected, both units will show a slow blue light, and you can begin intercom communication.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Phone Calls

• Answer Call: Briefly press the Function Button.
• End Call: Briefly press the Function Button during a call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Function Button for 2 seconds.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Function Button.

6.2. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Briefly press the Function Button.
• Next Track: Rotate the knob clockwise.
• Previous Track: Rotate the knob counter-clockwise.
• Music Sharing: While music is playing, double-press the Function Button to share music with a paired intercom unit.

6.3. Volume Control

Rotate the knob to adjust the volume:

• Volume Up: Rotate the knob clockwise.
• Volume Down: Rotate the knob counter-clockwise.

6.4. Voice Assistant

The Moman H2 Pro supports AI voice assistant functionality for hands-free control.

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-press the Function Button. You can then issue commands like "Hey Siri, call [contact name]" or "Turn on GPS."

6.5. FM Radio

• Turn On/Off FM Radio: Press and hold the Function Button for 5 seconds (after pairing mode).
• Change FM Channel: Rotate the knob.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Moman H2 Pro, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Water Resistance: The device is IP65 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. It can withstand rain, snow, and mud. However, do not submerge it in water.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Moman H2 Pro, try the following solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a charger and check the indicator light.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the device is in pairing mode (red and blue flashing light). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and other devices are disconnected.
• No Sound/Low Volume: Check speaker connections. Adjust the volume using the knob. Ensure speakers are correctly positioned in the helmet.
• Intercom Disconnection: Ensure both units are within the 1000m range and there are no major obstructions. Re-pair the units if necessary.
• Poor Sound Quality: Check microphone position. Ensure CVC&DSP noise cancellation is active. Avoid using in extremely noisy environments if possible.
