Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking the Headlight

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the following items:

  • USB Charging Cable (x2)

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headlight. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.

  1. Locate the USB charging port on the headlight.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the headlight and to a 5V1A USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status. Allow 1-2 hours for a full charge.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable.

3. Adjusting the Headband

The elastic headband is adjustable to fit various head sizes and can be worn over hats or helmets.

  • Place the headlight on your head.
  • Adjust the straps to achieve a comfortable and secure fit. The light should sit firmly without being too tight.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and White Light Modes

The main power button controls the white light modes.

  1. Press the power button once to turn on the headlight in High Brightness mode (COB).
  2. Press again to cycle through modes: Low Brightness (COB) → Strobe (COB) → Side Light High (XPE) → Side Light Low (XPE).
  3. To turn off, press the power button after cycling through all modes, or press and hold the button for 2 seconds in any mode.

2. Red Tail Light Operation

The red tail light is operated independently for rear visibility.

  • Locate the red tail light button on the battery pack at the rear of the headband.
  • Press the button once for constant red light.
  • Press again for red flash mode.
  • Press a third time to turn off the red tail light.

3. Motion Sensor Function

The motion sensor allows for hands-free control of the white light.

  1. Activate the motion sensor by pressing the dedicated sensor button (usually indicated by a wave icon).
  2. Once activated, wave your hand approximately 5-10 cm in front of the sensor to turn the white light on or off.
  3. The motion sensor works in all white light modes (High, Low, Strobe, Side Light High, Side Light Low).
  4. To deactivate the motion sensor, press the sensor button again.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and appearance:

  • Wipe the headlight body with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the surface.
  • Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed after charging to maintain water resistance.

2. Charging Best Practices

  • Always use the provided USB charging cable.
  • Avoid overcharging the battery. Disconnect once fully charged.
  • Charge the headlight at least once every three months if not in regular use to preserve battery health.

3. Storage

Store the headlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
