1. Introduction

Note: Battery and charger are not included with this tool. This leaf blower is designed to be compatible with DeWALT 20V MAX lithium-ion batteries (e.g., DCB200, DCB201, DCB203, DCB204, DCB230, DCB240). Ensure the battery used does not exceed 7.6 cm (3 inches) in height due to the battery protection bracket. Special attention should be paid to DeWALT 20V/60V Flexvolt series batteries.

2. Included Components

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Attaching the Blower Tube

  1. Align the blower tube with the air outlet on the main unit.
  2. Push the tube firmly onto the outlet until it clicks into place, ensuring a secure connection.

3.2 Battery Installation

This leaf blower operates with a compatible DeWALT 20V MAX lithium-ion battery (not included).

  1. Ensure the leaf blower is turned off and the trigger is not engaged.
  2. Slide the charged battery pack into the battery port at the base of the blower until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.
  3. To remove the battery, press the battery release button (if present) and slide the battery out.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Off

To start the leaf blower, press and hold the variable speed trigger. Release the trigger to turn the blower off.

4.2 Variable Speed Control

The leaf blower features a variable speed trigger, allowing you to control the airflow intensity. Press the trigger lightly for lower speeds and press it fully for maximum airflow.

4.3 Turbo Mode

For demanding tasks requiring maximum power, activate the Turbo Mode. Press the dedicated Turbo button (located near the trigger) to instantly boost the airflow to its highest setting (up to 400 CFM / 120 MPH).

5. Maintenance
