Setup and Installation
This SR SUN RISE 4-way tub shower faucet includes a shower valve and cartridge. Important: This 4-way faucet set is not compatible with other brands' valves. If your current valve is not a SR SUN RISE valve, it must be replaced with the valve included in this set. Please consult a qualified plumber before purchasing or attempting installation.

The pressure balance valve features built-in dual check valves to effectively eliminate water hammer noise and monitor water pressure balance, protecting against sudden changes in water temperature.

Operating Instructions
Your SR SUN RISE shower system offers a versatile showering experience with multiple spray patterns and a convenient 3-way diverter.
Temperature and Flow Control

The single handle allows for easy control of both water temperature and volume. Rotate the handle to the left for colder water and to the right for hotter water. Lift the handle to open the water flow and press it down to close.
Shower Head Modes and Diverter
Choose from 35 full and combined water flow patterns using the luxurious 6-settings overhead shower head and 6-settings handheld shower. Each shower features an oversized 4.375-inch large face with a click lever dial and rub-clean jets. Settings include Power Rain, Massage, Stay-Warm Mist, Water-saving Economy Rain, and Pause.

The overhead shower head includes a patented 3-way water diverter with an anti-swivel lock nut. An angle-adjustable overhead bracket allows you to flexibly adjust the angle of the handheld shower holder within 180 degrees. The shower angle can be easily adjusted to suit children and adults.

Tub Spout Operation

- Cleaning the Jets: The shower heads feature rub-clean jets. Simply rub the silicone nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to remove any mineral buildup.
- Cleaning the Finish: For the Oil Rubbed Bronze finish, use a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- Valve Maintenance: Periodically check the valve and connections for any leaks. If you notice any issues, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your shower system, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Water Hammer Noise: This pressure balance valve has built-in two check valves to effectively eliminate water hammer noise. If water hammer persists, ensure proper installation and check for any loose pipes in your plumbing system.
- Sudden Temperature Changes: The pressure balance valve's cartridge monitors water pressure balance, helping to protect you from being scalded by sudden changes in hot or cold water pressure. If you experience frequent temperature fluctuations, the cartridge may need inspection or replacement.
- Low Water Pressure: Check if the shower head jets are clogged (refer to Maintenance). Ensure your main water supply is fully open.
- Leaks: Verify all connections are tightened properly. Use plumber's tape on threaded connections during installation to prevent leaks.
