Setup and Assembly

Before first use, ensure the appliance is fully charged. Wash all parts that will come into contact with food (chopping bowl, blades, slicing attachment, whisks, cutters) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.

Charging the Device

  1. Locate the USB charging port on the main motor unit.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
  3. The indicator light will show charging status. Charge until fully charged before initial use.

Assembling for Chopping/Mincing

  1. Place the chopping blade onto the central pin inside the transparent chopping bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
  2. Add your ingredients into the chopping bowl. Do not overfill.
  3. Align the main motor unit with the chopping bowl and twist or press down to secure it. Ensure it is locked in place.

Assembling for Slicing

  1. Attach the slicing attachment to the main motor unit. Ensure it clicks into place.
  2. The slicing attachment has an opening for ingredients and a chute for sliced food.

Assembling for Whisking/Blending

  1. Select the desired whisk attachment.
  2. Insert the whisk attachment into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it is secure.

Operating Instructions

Chopping and Mincing

  1. Prepare ingredients by cutting them into smaller pieces if necessary to fit into the chopping bowl.
  2. Assemble the chopping unit as described in the "Setup" section.
  3. Press and hold the power button on the main motor unit to start chopping. Release to stop.
  4. Pulse for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results. Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds to prevent overheating.
  5. Once desired consistency is reached, release the button, disassemble carefully, and remove processed food.

Slicing

  1. Assemble the slicing attachment to the main motor unit.
  2. Place a plate or container beneath the slicing chute to collect the sliced food.
  3. Insert ingredients (e.g., chili, cucumber, carrots) into the top opening of the slicing attachment.
  4. Use the push rod to gently guide the ingredients towards the blade while pressing the power button.
  5. Exercise caution and keep fingers away from the blade.

Whisking and Blending

  1. Attach the desired whisk to the main motor unit.
  2. Immerse the whisk into the ingredients you wish to blend or whisk (e.g., eggs, cream).
  3. Press and hold the power button to start whisking. Move the whisk gently to ensure even mixing.
  4. Release the button to stop.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your appliance.

  • Always unplug: Ensure the device is turned off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.
  • Motor Unit: The main motor unit is NOT waterproof. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or rinse under running water.
  • Blades and Attachments: The chopping blade, whisk attachments, slicing attachment, chopping bowl, and decorative cutters are dishwasher safe or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Handle blades with extreme care.
  • Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
