Setup

The filters feature a magnetic design for quick and secure attachment to your DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Pocket 4, or Xtra Muse camera lens.

1. Ensure your camera lens is clean and free of dust or debris.
2. Select the desired filter from the protective case.
3. Align the magnetic filter with the camera lens. The filter will snap securely into place.
4. The lightweight aluminum frame (0.06oz/1.62g each) is designed to fit seamlessly without impacting gimbal calibration or storage.

Operating the Filters

Each filter type serves a specific purpose to enhance your photography and videography:

ND/PL Filters (ND16/PL, ND32/PL, ND64/PL, ND256/PL)

These filters combine Neutral Density (ND) and Polarizing (PL) functions. They reduce the amount of light entering the camera sensor, allowing for slower shutter speeds and wider apertures, while also minimizing glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass. The different ND values (ND16/PL, ND32/PL, ND64/PL, ND256/PL) reduce light by 4, 5, 6, and 8 stops respectively, offering precise exposure control.

CPL Filter

UV Filter

• Cleaning: Use the provided cleaning cloth to gently wipe the filter surfaces. For stubborn smudges, use a lens cleaning solution specifically designed for optical glass.
• Storage: Always store the filters in their dedicated filter case when not in use to protect them from dust, scratches, and impacts.
• Handling: Avoid touching the optical glass surfaces directly with your fingers to prevent oil and fingerprint smudges.
• Durability: The filters feature 30 layers of multi-functional coatings, making them water repellent, scratch resistant, and oil proof.

Troubleshooting

Please observe the following reminders to avoid potential issues:

• When using wide-angle/macro lenses or ND, CPL filters, do not apply any protective film to the camera lens.
• When attached to the Pocket 3, the wide-angle lens cannot be used together with ND, CPL, or other filters.
