Step 1: Attaching TV Brackets to Your TV

Carefully place your TV face-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.

  1. Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
  2. Select the correct diameter and length of screws (M4, M6, or M8) from the hardware kit (C) that fit your TV's mounting holes. Use washers and spacers if necessary to ensure a snug fit without overtightening.
  3. Attach the two TV Brackets (B) to the back of your TV using the selected screws. Ensure the brackets are centered and level, with the hooks facing downwards.

Step 2: Mounting the Wall Plate to the Wall

Determine the desired height for your TV. Use a level and pencil to mark the drilling locations.

  1. For Wood Stud Installation: Use a stud finder to locate the center of two adjacent wood studs. Position the Wall Plate (A) against the wall, ensuring it is level, and mark the drilling points within the studs. Drill pilot holes (approx. 5.5mm diameter) into the studs. Secure the Wall Plate (A) using the lag bolts and washers provided in hardware kit (C).
  2. For Concrete/Brick Wall Installation: Position the Wall Plate (A) against the wall, ensuring it is level, and mark the drilling points. Drill pilot holes (approx. 10mm diameter) to a depth of at least 50mm. Insert the concrete anchors into the drilled holes, tapping gently with a hammer if needed. Secure the Wall Plate (A) using the lag bolts and washers into the anchors.

Step 3: Mounting the TV to the Wall Plate

This step typically requires two people for safety.

  1. Carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets.
  2. Align the hooks on the TV Brackets (B) with the top edge of the Wall Plate (A).
  3. Gently lower the TV, ensuring the brackets engage securely with the wall plate. You should hear a click or feel the TV settle into place.
  4. Locate the safety screws or locking mechanisms on the bottom of the TV Brackets. Tighten these screws to prevent the TV from accidentally lifting off the wall plate.
